Colombian Coffee

Organic and Fair Trade Colombian Coffee are high-quality Arabica beans grown in Colombia under strict environmental and ethical trade requirements. This results in a coffee that is good for both nature, the coffee farmers and the taste.

What does it mean?

• Organic (or ECO): The coffee is grown without artificial fertilizers, pesticides or chemical additives. It is often approved with the Debio label, which is the official Norwegian organic label.
• Fair Trade (Fairtrade): This is an international labeling scheme that ensures that farmers receive a guaranteed minimum price for their coffee. This protects them from price fluctuations, and provides an extra "Fairtrade bonus" that is invested in the local community (e.g. schools and health services).
