Matilda's Lemongrass & Ginger Tea is a caffeine-free, organic herbal tea. It is known for its fresh, tangy citrus flavor with a nice and warming aftertaste of ginger.
The tea is composed of herbs inspired by the Australian nature:
- Lemongrass
- Ginger Root
- Lemon Myrtle
(This gives a mixture that also has a hint of eucalyptus due to the lemon myrtle plant).
Use and serving.
- Hot: Brew with boiling water for 3-5 minutes for a soothing and uplifting cup.
- Cold: Can be made as iced tea by brewing it as usual, then cooling it down and serving over ice cubes.
- Tip: The tea is often mentioned as a good choice to calm the stomach, or as a warming drink when you have a cold.
However, be aware that ginger and lemon myrtle in large quantities can cause side effects such as heartburn or interact with some medications.
